1. Where and when will the conference take place?
The conference will be held on 21-22.10.2025 at the Metropolo by Golden Tulip Hotel located at 11 Orzechowa Street in Kraków.

2. Is there any parking available in front of the venue?
Attendees are advised to use public transport as the hotel parking is limited and subject to a fee of 5 PLN per hour or 40 PLN per day.

3. What time is the conference scheduled to start?
On-site registration will be open from 8:00 AM both days.
The first lectures start at 9:00 AM.

5. Will the lectures be recorded?
The lectures will be recorded and available for registered attendees on the Eventory app (for a month after the conference).

6. Would registering a larger group of people qualify me for a discount?

7. How can I use the discount code?
During registration, enter the discount code in the „Discount code” section to decrease ticket price.

8. How can I pay for my conference ticket?
During the registration, you can choose from three payment methods: PayPal, card payment, or traditional bank transfer. If you pay offline, the final registration stage will display the amount due and the transfer details. You can then pay based on these details or by using a proforma invoice, which will be sent via a separate message within seven working days of your application. Usually, the proforma invoice is sent on the same day or the following day after registration.

Five days before the event, the possibility to purchase tickets offline will not be available – for this purpose, please contact us at the following email address: rejestracja@proidea.org.pl.

9. When will the ticket prices go up?

10. Is it possible to transfer my ticket to someone else?
PROIDEA allows for changes to be made to the list of participants for the Conference. However, you must provide the relevant information about the change at least 5 days before the Conference start date. If you wish to make any changes, you can send the information about the change of participant to the following email address: rejestracja@proidea.org.pl. Please make sure to include the first and last name of the person being replaced, as well as their email address, to ensure a smooth transfer of their ticket.

11. Can I cancel my ticket and get a refund?
Based on Article 38(1) point 12 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights, the Consumer does not have the right to withdraw from he contract concluded based on these Regulations (i.e., the contract regarding participation in the Conference) because this contract is a contract for the provision of services related to entertainment or cultural events and in the agreement (in the definition of the Conference) the period of service provision has been indicated.

12. Where can I find the conference agenda?
You can check the agenda one month before the event on the website here https://jdd.org.pl/#schedule and in the Eventory app.

13. Are all the talks held in English?
The lectures are mostly in English, but there may be some lectures in Polish (they are marked with [PL]).

14. How can I rate and comment on lectures?
You can rate and comment on lectures via the Eventory app. All you have to do is enter the selected lecture’s topic or the speaker’s name.

Eventory is available on both Google Play and the AppStore. To join, install the app, search for the event „JDD 2025”, and enter your ticket number.

15. How can I contact other attendees and speakers?
You can contact conference participants and speakers using the direct messenger in the Eventory app, which also allows you to make appointments or on-site in Krakow.

16. Will lunch be provided for the attendees during the conference?
The attendees will receive lunch as well as access to snacks and drinks throughout the day.

17. Does my ticket include entry to the After Party?
Yes, as part of your ticket, you can attend the After Party.
